Job Responsibility
Being the friendly face of the office, welcoming guests in a warm manner
Taking the lead on booking domestic flights and accommodation
Assisting the team by coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring every space is set up
Bringing the team together by planning fun office events and social celebrations
Being the go to for facilities and workspace needs, ensuring everything is functional
Staying proactive by keeping the office stocked with all the essential stationery and supplies
Requirements
Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, Receptionist, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Previous experience with MS Office
A keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things right
Organised, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges
