Join us for an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Templeton Garden! We are looking for professional, friendly, and service-driven Receptionists to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and enjoy woring in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process
  • Handle guest enquiries, providing accurate information about the hotel, local area, and services
  • Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain guest records using the hotel's booking system
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns efficiently, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner, assisting with bookings and general inquiries
  • Maintain a well-presented reception area and uphold the hotel's brand and service standards
  • Handle administrative tasks as required by the Front Office Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotel reception, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and welcoming demeanor
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel reservation systems (training provided if needed)
  • A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and problem-solving
  • Fluency in English
  • additional languages are an advantage
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
