We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Youngstown, Ohio. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service. Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and detail-oriented manner
Manage and operate a multi-line phone system to handle incoming calls efficiently
Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel using a switchboard system
Provide accurate information to callers and address inquiries as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation, as required
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations
Monitor and manage incoming mail and deliveries
Uphold company standards and policies while interacting with visitors and staff
Requirements:
Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is preferred
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented approach and positive attitude in all interactions
Familiarity with basic administrative processes and office equipment
Reliable and punctual with a commitment to excellence
Availability for part-time hours as required
