Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel
Manage front-desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and maintain calendars
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Assist with various projects and school events as needed
Requirements:
1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a customer service orientation
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a busy environment
