Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome and direct all visitors
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and general emails
  • Stock the kitchen and supply room
  • Manage and update conference room reservations
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Assist admins with processing of expense reporting
  • Manage work orders with building management company
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Client-service minded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to be resourceful
  • Experience using Microsoft Office

Nice to have:

Experience with Concur a plus
