We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis, based in Middleton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience within our medical facility. You will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, maintaining patient satisfaction, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and attentive demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while maintaining provider schedules and patient flow
Answer phone calls, address inquiries regarding services, and relay messages accurately to appropriate staff
Process patient payments, provide receipts, and reconcile daily deposits
Maintain and organize the front desk area to optimize workflow and enhance the patient experience
Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth operations
Scan and file medical records and reports promptly to maintain accurate documentation
Support the Clinic Manager with various projects and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
Excellent listening abilities to understand and address patient needs
Proficiency in data entry and computer systems, including scheduling software
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks
