We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join a dynamic drilling company in Odessa, Texas. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the organization while supporting day-to-day office operations. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the role requires someone who is detail oriented, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients warmly while ensuring they feel welcomed and directed appropriately
Manage and organize filing systems to keep records easily accessible and up-to-date
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the workplace remains stocked and functional
Compile and maintain reports, including logs for uniforms, gas receipts, and expenses
Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system with accuracy and attention to detail
Provide support in data entry tasks to maintain accurate office records
Handle general administrative duties to assist the Office Manager and enhance office workflow
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in office administrative roles
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls
Familiarity with filing systems and data entry
Ability to monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours
Nice to have:
Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
