Dayton company is looking for a temporary Receptionist who will be the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, supporting daily office operations for a 2-month period. This role ensures efficient front desk functions, delivers excellent customer service, and assists with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and direct all visitors and incoming calls professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain front desk area and provide general administrative support (e.g., filing, data entry, scheduling)
Assist with calendar management and meeting coordination
Support internal teams by responding to inquiries and relaying accurate information
Maintain confidentiality and follow company protocols
Requirements:
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (phones, copiers)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently
