Job Description:

Are you a friendly, organised individual looking to make a positive impact in an educational environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Receptionist for their Senior School. This exciting job share opportunity offers a chance to be the welcoming face of the school while supporting its smooth daily operations!

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Answering incoming calls and redirecting them as necessary, while handling inquiries with grace
Greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and informed
Monitoring visitor access and adhering to security policies and emergency procedures
Providing essential administrative support to the School Office and Heads of Department
Keeping the staff directory updated and managing the internal/external mail systems
Coordinating with the Home to School Coach Service, communicating with managers, students, and parents
Supporting the Facilities team during school holidays
Contributing to the School Open Day, held annually in September

Requirements:

An approachable personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
A true team player who collaborates well with others
Strong administrative and organisational abilities, coupled with excellent time management
Proficiency in Word and Excel
First Aid trained
Previous experience working within a school setting
