Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role requires individuals who can seamlessly step in to manage front desk operations during periods of coverage. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy creating positive first impressions, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries or transferring calls as needed
Maintain an organized and presentable reception area to create a positive environment
Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Provide coverage during scheduled vacations or absences of regular staff
Assist in training to become familiar with procedures and systems for efficient coverage
Ensure messages are accurately recorded and promptly delivered to the intended recipient
Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure the reception area remains stocked and functional

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using standard office equipment and software
Reliable and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new procedures
Ability to consistently demonstrate a detail-oriented approach in all tasks
