As the receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting clients and employees, answering incoming phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks. Must be able to work 20 hours per week from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Greets all visitors and employees in a courteous manner
Answers high-volume calls on a multi-line phone system
screens and routes calls
takes messages as needed
Maintains security by ensuring visitors sign in/out and arranges for an escort beyond the lobby area
Provides general office support
orders office supplies
Receives and distributes all incoming mail
prepares outgoing mail
maintains running log for postage meter and postage stamps
Maintains documentation for current job opportunities
distributes to Human Resources on a daily basis
Coordinates travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and off-site meetings, as requested
Orders and distributes employee recognition gifts, holiday cards, etc.

Ensures lobby is clean and organized
waters plants
assists with holiday decorations
Performs other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Requires a consistent and dependable work history, ideally reflecting 3-5 years of tenure with each previous employer
Minimum of 3 years experience with a solid history of positive customer interaction
Protects the organization’s value by keeping information secure and confidential
Reliable, courteous, and professional at all times
the ability to work well with others is vital
Effective communication abilities with writing, speaking, and listening
Able to take direction and follow through with requests in an accurate and timely manner
Solid organizational and time management skills are critical to this position
Detail-oriented with a meticulous focus on accuracy
