Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this contract position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of front-desk activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist visitors with courtesy and professionalism
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars efficiently
Perform general receptionist duties, including handling inquiries and correspondence
Support administrative tasks such as filing and data entry as required
Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times
Provide information and assistance to customers in a timely manner
Collaborate with other team members to enhance office operations

Requirements:

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Competence in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Familiarity with receptionist duties and office protocols
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools or similar software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
