Job Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced and professional receptionist responsible for managing the main reception and providing excellent customer service. Duties include managing the switchboard, organizing meeting rooms, general admin tasks, and arranging catering. Benefits include free parking, healthcare, and holiday allowances.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring all clients receive a warm welcome and the highest quality service
  • general admin duties including scanning, photocopying, and other ad hoc tasks
  • managing workloads efficiently in accordance with company procedures
  • delivering an excellent level of customer service
  • managing the switchboard efficiently
  • organizing meeting rooms and maintaining tidiness
  • arranging catering and maintaining stocks for onsite events
  • providing cover for team members in their absence

Requirements:

  • Experienced switchboard receptionist
  • extremely organised, structured, and professional person
  • excellent telephone manner
  • ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • ability to manage workloads efficiently in accordance with the company's procedures
