We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a long-term contract position requiring strong communication and multitasking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring all inbound calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service
Communicate with vendors to request invoices and follow up on outstanding documentation
Track entry and update records related to vendor invoices and certificates of insurance
Maintain a detail-oriented and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s image
Collaborate with the accounting team to support administrative needs
Assist with scheduling and general administrative tasks as required
Handle other receptionist duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
Familiarity with handling inbound calls and directing them appropriately
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attentive to detail and able to maintain confidentiality
