Our client is seeking a professional, customer‑focused Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high‑level administrative support, greeting visitors, managing incoming communications, and ensuring the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming calls and provide information via telephone or console switchboard
Receive, log, and send packages through various courier services
Maintain visitor logs, issue security badges, and perform basic clerical tasks including typing, filing, and data entry
Manage boardroom reservations and ensure meeting spaces are properly equipped
Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, binding documents, preparing mailers, and organizing files
Handle information requests and assist with additional administrative needs as assigned
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities and professional interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
