Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support scheduling of meetings and maintain common areas
Provide general administrative support as required
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
2 plus years of experience as a Receptionist or in an Administrative support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor with excellent customer service abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
