In the realm of business administration, you will manage front desk coordination, provide top-tier customer service, and handle various administrative duties. Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary face and voice of the company, greeting all incoming visitors and directing them appropriately
Operate the main telephone switchboard, answering inquiries, taking messages, and routing calls to the correct departments
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal staff and external clients, maintaining a happy and confident demeanor
Conduct daily employee headcounts by safely navigating the warehouse floor (requiring the use of steel-toed boots)
Proactively assist other business administration departments with data entry and clerical overflow during slower reception periods
Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming front desk and reception area at all times
Communicate effectively with management, demonstrating the initiative to ask questions and seek clarification when needed
Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various administrative tasks and quickly learn the internal payroll software during the two-week training period
Ensure all visitors are properly logged in and adhere to the company's security and visitor protocols
Requirements:
