Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome clients, guests, and employees with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments and personnel
Manage conference room scheduling, setup, breakdown, and supply organization
Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, packages, courier services, and deliveries
Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception and common areas
Provide administrative support including data entry, document management, photocopying, and filing
Liaise with building management and internal teams to address facility-related issues
