Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service while managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced medical environment. The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.
