We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and perfectly bilingual individual to fill a replacement mandate at the reception of a company located in the heart of Ville Saint-Laurent near the west-island. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and direct them courteously
Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments
Handle mail management (receiving, sorting, and outgoing shipments)
Provide light administrative support (scanning, filing, data entry)
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area
Requirements:
Essential Bilingualism: Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
Previous experience in customer service or administration
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professionalism, punctuality, and great interpersonal skills
