We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join a team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is based on site in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, and will require 15-20 hours per week over a six-month period. The ideal candidate will be organized, approachable, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner
Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate departments or individuals
Handle inbound calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer service
Perform switchboard operations for phone systems with up to 10 lines
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized
Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and bookings as needed
Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry and correspondence
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups for inquiries or requests
Assist with basic office tasks, such as filing and maintaining records
Support the implementation of any necessary organizational procedures related to reception duties
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach
Ability to handle inbound calls and direct inquiries efficiently
Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working onsite in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania
