Job Responsibility:
Meet and greet customers, assisting with any queries
Ensure all customers are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner
Look for opportunities to engage with customers, explaining benefits of player rewards, assisting with sign-up, and demonstrating the player rewards journey
Receiving and logging telephone calls and other communications to the venue
Requirements:
Must be aged 18 or above
Must have the right to work in the UK
Must be flexible in scheduling (nights, evenings, weekends, shifts in a 24/7 trading week)
Must be able to spend a large portion of shift on feet working directly with the public
