Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience
Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Manage incoming mail, review its contents, and distribute it appropriately
Maintain office files and oversee general filing support
Order and restock office and kitchen supplies as needed
Support administrative staff with overflow tasks, including word processing, data entry, and online research
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency when prioritizing tasks
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
Uphold excellent spelling, grammar, and social skills in all interactions
Requirements:
Proficient in handling switchboards for phone lines
Advanced knowledge of Excel and related software
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Comfortable working in a nonprofit environment and engaging with its clients
