Job Responsibility:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and assist with their needs
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently to the appropriate departments

Promptly manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Support general office operations with administrative tasks including filing, copying, and printing
Oversee office supplies inventory and restock as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of prior experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
