We are currently recruiting for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our client's team based in Glasgow City Centre. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion and offers an excellent chance to step into a key front‑of‑house position.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the reception area and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls and emails
Coordinating meeting rooms, appointments and visitor sign‑in
Ensuring the reception and front‑of‑house areas are kept tidy and presentable
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role is desirable
Confident and personable communicator with a professional approach
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and managing multiple tasks
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
