Job Responsibility
Act as the first point of contact, warmly meeting and greeting visitors and clients in a professional office setting
Manage inbound phone calls, utilizing strong logical and detail-oriented skills to assist callers and transfer them to the appropriate queues
Provide empathetic and resilient customer service, effectively navigating conversations with clients inquiring about sensitive topics like insurance claims
Perform various administrative duties including processing paperwork, handling registered mail, and managing office supplies/organization
Utilize MS Excel and other computer systems to multitask and maintain accurate records
Requirements
Minimum 1.5+ years of recent Reception experience
Strong overall administrative background with proficient MS Excel skills
Excellent, professional English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in all situations
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, punctual, and an excellent multitasker
Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada
