We are looking for a detail-oriented and approachable Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Exeter, New Hampshire. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously using a multi-line phone system
Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and ensure their needs are addressed
Schedule and manage appointments, including sending reminders as needed
Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions
Update and maintain client information in the system to ensure accuracy
Assist with evening closing procedures to ensure the office is secure and organized
Provide support for general office tasks, such as organizing files and managing correspondence
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth Center operations
Act as a backup for administrative duties when necessary
Requirements:
Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems
Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and efficiency
Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Ability to manage email correspondence effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Organizational skills to manage files and appointments efficiently
Capability to handle scheduling tasks with attention to detail
