Job Description:

A company located in Saint-Laurent, Montreal, is seeking a Dynamic and Welcoming Receptionist for a replacement contract with a indeterminate contract. You are the first point of contact for the company and play a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality welcome for our clients and visitors. If you are known for your positive energy and professionalism, this opportunity is for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet visitors and clients courteously, directing them to the correct individuals, and managing visitor logistics (badges, sign-in procedures, etc.)
  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, filter calls, and transmit messages accurately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare postal shipments and packages, and perform filing and scanning tasks
  • Manage meeting room reservations, ensuring the reception area and common spaces are tidy and organized
  • Occasionally perform data entry tasks and update contact lists

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • High School Diploma (DES) or any other relevant training
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
  • Exemplary dynamism, excellent presentation, and impeccable professional communication
  • Functional Bilingualism (French and English), required to interact with a diverse clientele
  • Ability to effectively manage urgent situations and work in a fast-paced environment
