Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment
Manage a multi-line phone system by answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed
Handle email correspondence promptly and with care
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain updated records and documentation
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to support team operations
Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access and proper documentation
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete administrative tasks efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Collaborate with team members to support office functions and maintain workflow
Requirements:
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Strong abilities in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with email correspondence and clear, detail-oriented communication
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Excellent organizational skills for maintaining files and managing schedules
