We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Westerly, Rhode Island. As part of the financial services industry, this role involves providing essential administrative and front desk support to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a long-term contract position that requires a systematic approach to tasks and a strong ability to handle repetitive processes efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Provide front desk support, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and managing incoming calls
Assist the wealth management team with administrative tasks and daily operations
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Create and maintain light reports using Microsoft Excel to support business needs
Organize and file documents systematically, both physically and digitally, using file explorer tools
Perform scanning tasks to digitize important documents and ensure proper storage
Prepare corporate presentations with minimal client interaction, ensuring professionalism and accuracy
Utilize Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint for efficient email correspondence and document management
Follow established processes to execute repetitive tasks with precision and consistency
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a corporate office environment
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to search and locate documents efficiently using file explorer tools
Exceptional organizational skills for managing files and scheduling appointments
Comfortable with systematic, process-oriented, and repetitive workflows
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment
Basic understanding of email correspondence and data entry tasks
