Under general supervision, you'll provide essential administrative support to our partners, professional staff, and visitors ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our reputation for delivering exceptional client service.
Job Responsibility:
Open and close the office lobby daily
Greet visitors and answer phone calls
Schedule appointments both in-person and virtually
Sort, scan, and send mail and packages, including UPS and Certified mail
Order lunches for meetings and events
Maintain kitchen areas (dishwasher, coffee, beverages, stocking)
Order and manage office supplies
Manage conference rooms, including scheduling and setup
Organize and scan documents using office technology
Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to partners and staff
Interact professionally with clients and handle inquiries courteously
Keep the office clean and organized
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of receptionist experience
High computer literacy
Excellent organization and communication (verbal and written) skills
