We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish speaking) Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for our client in Gresham, Oregon. This role serves as a key point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a busy phone system, handling incoming inquiries efficiently, and providing dependable administrative support.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member in a courteous and attentive manner
Manage a multi-line telephone system, responding to incoming calls promptly and routing them accurately
Handle general inquiries from callers and visitors while ensuring clear and helpful communication
Maintain an orderly reception area that reflects a well-organized office environment
Support routine administrative tasks such as taking messages, coordinating basic office communications, and assisting with front desk documentation
Monitor daily visitor flow and help ensure smooth front office operations throughout the day
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role
Must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish
Ability to manage a multi-line phone system with accuracy and care
Strong verbal communication skills and a clear phone presence
Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
