Our client in East Hartford, Connecticut is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a polished, welcoming presence.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain front desk and reception area organization
Schedule appointments and support calendar coordination as needed
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with other office support duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
