We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Anaheim, California. This is a contract-to-permanent position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors and clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience
Operate and manage a multi-line phone system, including answering and directing inbound calls
Perform general filing and document organization to maintain an orderly workspace
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Monitor and manage incoming communications, ensuring prompt responses
Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and appearance in a business-casual dress code
Coordinate parking arrangements for visitors in the open lot
Ensure smooth communication across three office buildings when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong ability to handle multi-line phone systems with up to 10 lines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills for filing and administrative tasks
Ability to work 100% onsite in Anaheim, California
Comfortable working in a contract-to-permanent capacity
Neat appearance and adherence to a business-casual dress code
