Greet visitors and create a welcoming first impression for guests, clients, and staff entering the office
Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate contacts, and taking accurate messages when needed
Handle front desk coverage throughout the scheduled workweek while maintaining an organized and responsive reception area
Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the correct departments or team members in a timely manner
Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and general office coordination using Microsoft Office applications
Respond to routine inquiries from callers and visitors with courtesy, accuracy, and care
Support day-to-day office operations by helping maintain smooth communication between internal teams and external contacts
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role
Ability to operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system with confidence and accuracy
Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with callers and visitors
Comfortable working part-time hours and maintaining reliable attendance
Experience handling incoming mail, deliveries, and other front office support tasks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
