We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations for a construction company in Moraine, Ohio. This Contract position will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal teams while helping maintain organized communication and mail flow. Job Responsibility
Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a welcoming and attentive manner
Respond to incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately
Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail to keep office correspondence organized
Maintain a tidy reception area and support smooth day-to-day office operations
Provide administrative assistance for routine clerical tasks as needed by the team
Coordinate communication between office staff, guests, and external contacts to ensure timely follow-up
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and clear communication
Experience with mail handling, including sorting and distributing correspondence
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a busy office environment
Comfortable interacting with visitors, employees, and external partners in a courteous manner
Reliable attendance and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the workday
