We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support front-desk operations for a contract position based in Lansing, Michigan. Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors and provide courteous front-desk support while maintaining an organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed
Handle high volumes of inbound communication efficiently and effectively to support daily rental business operations
Coordinate routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and general office support
Review and process approved invoices with attention to detail and established internal procedures
Assist with account reconciliation activities by comparing records, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues as appropriate
Support reception coverage needs by maintaining dependable attendance and consistent service during assigned hours
Requirements
Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role
Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to support shared goals
Experience managing inbound calls in a fast-paced office environment
