Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring an attentive and friendly environment
Manage and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and clients
Maintain and organize both physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records with precision
Support general office operations by completing various administrative and clerical tasks
Facilitate communication within the office to maintain efficiency and collaboration
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems, including handling inbound calls efficiently
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage records and schedules
Excellent communication skills to interact with visitors and staff professionally
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with data entry and office software
Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in administrative tasks
