Our client in Dollard Des Ormeaux is currently looking for a receptionist. This is a 14 months maternity leave. Requirements:
Two or more years' experience in a receptionist or office administration role
Fluency in written and spoken French and English
Written and oral communication skills in English required to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, business partners and colleagues outside the province of Quebec
Strong command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to take on multiple projects and tasks
Ability to produce and maintain reports and databases
Professionalism and attention to detail
Keen eye for detail
Ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously
