Job Description:

Temporary Receptionist position with odd days and full weeks available throughout the year. Be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting visitors with a warm smile and friendly demeanour
  • Answering phone calls promptly and directing inquiries to appropriate team members
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Providing general information about services and facilities to clients and visitors

Requirements:

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software
  • Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is a plus
