Our client is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff in a busy car dealership environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced environment. You will be working onsite Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and conference rooms as needed
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Maintain office supplies and assist with general office coordination
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience required
Thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment
Comfortable managing a high-volume phone system
Strong multitasking abilities with excellent organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
