An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and proactive Receptionist to join a busy and welcoming office environment in Paddington. Reporting to the PA to the CEO & Founder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front-of-house and wider office operations. Job Responsibility:
Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains professional, tidy and presentable at all times
Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, post, and deliveries
Coordinate and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared between bookings
Provide diary management support for the UK Managing Director
Organise catering for meetings and internal events
Carry out general administrative duties, including data entry and ad hoc tasks
Support office operations, including supplies management and inventory tracking
Assist with booking staff travel where required
Support office Health & Safety processes
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills - both written and verbal
Professional, approachable, and client-focused manner
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency
