We're looking for a professional, people‑focused individual to join our client's corporate front of house team in Malvern as a Casual Receptionist / Welcome Host. Based in a busy corporate reception, you'll be the welcoming face of the building, greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms, and coordinating food and beverage services with confidence and professionalism. We're looking for an energetic, people‑focused multitasker who thrives on variety, adapts easily to different needs, and builds strong relationships with ease.
Job Responsibility:
Welcoming staff and visitors with a warm, professional approach
Answering and managing incoming calls efficiently
Coordinating meeting room bookings
Arranging refreshments for internal meetings
Keeping the reception area tidy, organised, and inviting
Supporting with general administrative tasks
Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day to day operations
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Competence in Microsoft Office and general IT skills
Previous reception experience is advantageous
