Your Mission: To serve the needs of residents, visitors, and staff by offering information and assistance in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Service and is non-exempt from overtime. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Job Responsibility:
Greet all residents and visitors at facility in a friendly, cheerful and professional manner. Maintain a neat personal appearance and dress appropriately
Maintain all required daily reports and log all incidents and activities that take place during the shift
Monitor and respond to all emergency security systems. Prepare Unusual Occurrence Reports when applicable
Schedule transportation to doctor, dentist, and business appointments for residents and inform Transportation when valet parking is needed
Dispatch messages via radio to various departments as requested
accept and dispense packages, prescriptions, flowers etc., operate multiple-line telephone, record resident's change of status
Record all irregularities or needed repairs observed or reported during the shift. Submit Work Order if necessary
Assist other departments with typing, copying, sorting, etc., as needed and as time allows
Work agreed-upon schedule with minimal absences in accordance with the attendance policy, and perform routine tasks without close supervision. (Dependability)

Requirements:
High School diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
or one to three months' related experience and/or training
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with switchboards and telephone answering etiquette
Must be able to obtain a Type 1 fingerprint card
