Our client, a private equity firm located in Greenwich, CT is looking for a Part Time-Temporary Receptionist / Office Assistant to join their team. This position will start April 13th as an open-ended part-time temp assignment and will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of 9am-4pm.
Job Responsibility:
Sit at reception
greet guests and manage visitor flow
Receive and organize mail
Order food delivery
Restock fridge/snacks using FreshDirect or Peapod
Ensure reception area is monitored and guests are never left unattended
Provide light office support as needed
Use Outlook for communication and scheduling needs
