Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner, acting as the face of Paul Rigby Ltd
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings for staff and visitors
Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Support the team with ad hoc tasks to help maintain smooth office operations
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate communication and logistics
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within the automotive or driving industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in British English
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
Proficient in using telephone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic understanding of health & safety and confidentiality principles
