We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist (part time 24 hours weekly) to assist with a short-term project. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and keeping operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
Assist with resident requests, maintenance scheduling, and general information
Provide property tours as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages
Maintain accurate records and update resident information as needed
Support office staff with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
