Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors, manage the front desk, and ensure each guest has a detail-oriented and positive arrival experience
Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries accurately, and relay messages in a timely manner
Maintain shared spaces such as conference rooms by straightening them after meetings and preparing them for the next use
Monitor office inventory, place orders for supplies, and restock essential items to support daily operations
Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with routine scheduling or administrative requests from the team
Provide general office support by organizing materials, assisting with light clerical tasks, and helping maintain an orderly workspace
Requirements
Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role within an organized office setting
Comfortable managing a multi-line phone or switchboard system and handling a steady volume of inbound calls
Strong verbal communication skills with a courteous and service-oriented approach to visitors and staff
Ability to stay organized while balancing reception coverage with administrative responsibilities
Proficiency with basic office tools and general administrative processes
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a contract position environment
