Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a professional and secure check-in experience
Manage visitor check-in process via iPad, including NDA completion and security protocols
Monitor and control front desk access, ensuring all guests follow company procedures
Coordinate daily lunch orders and assist with snack pickups for staff
Receive and manage deliveries, vendors, and service providers throughout the day
Provide general administrative support as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Requirements:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable enforcing policies and managing security protocols
