Job Description:

We are seeking a confident, efficient, and experienced Receptionist / Studio Coordinator to join our dynamic architectural practice in South London. This role is integral to the smooth running of our studio and includes providing administrative support to the Practice Manager and Directors as needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcoming visitors, answering calls, and managing front-of-house duties
  • Preparing reports and drafting correspondence
  • Handling studio emails and distributing post
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of staff and corporate events
  • Scheduling and organising internal and external meetings
  • Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Monitoring and replenishing office and kitchen supplies
  • Supporting document control processes
  • Assisting the Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator with tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail with accurate typing skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with InDesign is a plus)
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
  • Professional demeanor with a personable and proactive attitude
